Blogiversary

February 21, 2011 was the day I first published my blog!  Since then, I have had 42 (43 if you count this one!) posts, pictures galore, and have been tremendously blessed.  (You can find my first post here.) 

Below is a collage of some of my favorite things from this year of blogging!

Everything is there...family, sewing, gardening, kittens, birthdays, and other special things, such as blackberry cobbler!  :)

The Lord is so good...life is not always easy, but He is faithful!

It has been kind of a dreary day, here, in the Foothills of NC...so why not brighten it up a little bit?  :)

But let me back up...this bright and cheery little pillow is for a sweet lady that my family and I have recently met.  It is a blessing to see her love for her family and grandchildren.  (Sorry, I can't say her name...it's a surprise!)  I hope she likes it!!!

~Off Topic~

This past week, I weeded my raised-beds...WEEDS ARE GROWING IN JANUARY/FEBRUARY?!!  Where is the snow???  :)  Anyway, we had some warm days this week and it was a great opportunity to weed and start getting the garden ready.  One thing I miss, in the winter, are fresh tomatoes!  Oh, how I crave tomato sandwiches!  :)
